In 2013, Tao was selected for Villarreal’s youth team in Spain before returning to China and playing for Beijing Guoan and the national team. After that, he joined Ha Bac and became an important part of the team.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, he was suspended for 6 months for violating COVID-19 prevention regulations when playing for the Chinese U19 team. After his return, he joined Wuhan Three Towns and won the 2022 Chinese Super League championship.
