Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel, has claimed \u201ca lot of players want to join\u201d when asked about a move for Inter Milan\u2019s Romelu Lukaku.<\/p>\n

The Blues are preparing a second bid for Lukaku, after seeing their initial offer rebuffed.<\/p>\n

It is also understood Lukaku is open to returning to Stamford Bridge.<\/p>\n

Speaking to reporters following Chelsea\u2019s 2-2 draw with Tottenham in a pre-season friendly on Wednesday, Tuchel said: \u201cI will not talk about players who don\u2019t play in my squad.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s a fantastic player but he\u2019s an Inter player and I will not talk about him in this situation.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou can imagine a lot of players want to come and join but we will not talk about that.\u201d<\/p>\n
