But this term, Thomas Tuchel\u2019s Chelsea are widely expected to be their biggest challengers.<\/p>\n<p>Tuchel has added <a href=\"https:\/\/r2bet.com\/blog\/lukaku-become-epls-highest-paid-player-top-12\/\">Romelu Lukaku<\/a> to his team. The Belgian seems destined to play the Blues.
